Ticket Procedure for Staff and Students with Black and White Locker Plans

LHSAA has restricted our stadium capacity to 25%. To help ensure everyone that wants to attend a homegame can attend, we are requesting our students with Black or White locker plans and Staff do the following.  

1. On the day of the game, “GAME DAY”, come by the office before 2:00 PM and see Mrs. Mitchell with your student ID card and sign in so you can reserve your ticket.  Staff members need to come sign in as well.  If you do not sign up we will assume you are not coming to the game and your ticket WILL NOT be held for you at the ticket booth.  Due to seating restrictions Pickering Staff will be allowed to reserve ONE ticket.

2. Come to the ticket booth just like you would if you were purchasing a ticket.  Make sure you have your Pickering ID card identifying who you are.  Only you can pick up your ticket, you cannot have someone else get it for you.  Make sure you arrive NO LATER THAN 6:45 (15 minutes prior to kickoff) to collect your ticket.

3. If you have not shown up by the appropriate time your reserved ticket will be available for sale to the General Public.
