Inter Club Council

The Inter Club Council of Pickering High School was reorganized in May 2018 by school staff and members of the student body. Members are comprised of each Club's President (or designated club member) and their adult sponsors. The ICC organizes the activities of the school year, focusing on creating a positive school climate in which students can learn, grow and succeed. In the 2019-20 school year the club promoted Homecoming & Rival Weeks with many activities and participated in several school beautification projects. They designate dress up nights for sporting events so the entire student body can participate and show their Red Devil Pride. This year we promoted childhood literacy by filling the Vernon Parish Book Nooks as well as participating in Read Across America Week by reading to Pickering Elementary classes each day during the week.
